I have been out of the blog world for most of the summer, and I've missed it!  But there's been trips to the Cape, Miami and 2 weeks on a family trip to Italy.  So much home inspiration in Italy.  Luckily, my sister's boyfriend took wonderful pictures of our trip.  I want to frame them all and hang them all over the house!  Here are two of my faves.

I decided to replace two pictures I had in my hallway with these.  The pictures I had before were sketches ripped from a drawing book.  They weren't bad for cheap art. 

But I am loving these new photos.  I actually just printed them off a color printer on regular paper and I like how they turned out.  They almost look like paintings.



I couldn't take great pictures of them in the tight hallway, but believe me they look good!  Thanks Marco!  By the way those big mat frames are from HomeGoods.  They are actually supposed to be used instead of a guestbook at weddings (guests write messages on the mat).  These are about $40 cheaper than the big mat frames at Pottery Barn.  Good deal.

Now that that's done, time to concentrate on Fall decorating!  Off I go......
